When I look through the help, all I see is mentions of playlists in discussions of other things. It appears that managed users cannot see or create playlists. Can I create a playlist and share it with my other users?
Every user, including managed users, can created playlists for their own use. Playlists cannot currently be shared with other users.

There is a very popular feature request for sharing playlists. Plex Pass holders can add their vote by clicking ‘Like’ on the first post in that thread.
