I have 15 managed users plus my own account, that’s 16 in all. Is that the maximum number? How to create more? Pay more? Thanks!
According to the documentation, you should only be able to have 15 users, including the Admin, in a Plex Home. There’s no way to expand that. The Plex Home is intended, literally, for those living in your home.
You can have Friends, not in your Plex Home. If I remember correctly, the total of Friends + Home users cannot exceed 100.
