I Sincerely apologize if this is a feature already that I can’t find, or has already been suggested and again, I can’t find it p vote for it…
I wish there was a way that me, as the Admin of my PMS, could change what my users see on their home screen. Not all the users logged into my server are tech savvy, and trying to walk them through the process over the phone without seeing their screen is difficult. I’d like to be able to just log in to my server, click their name in the “Users & Sharing” category, and see a preview of their home screen and adjust it as needed…
You can influence what all your shared users together see on their home screens, but not individually.
And of course each of those users can opt to pin or unpin media sources from their sidebars, which then influences also what appears on their homescreens

yeah, one of my users had their home screen customizations reset on them, so their screen is blank right now… I logged into their account on the web interface and repinned everything, but I haven’t had a chance to talk to them to see if it fixed it on their tv app or not… They’re older and never had much tech involvement throughout their life… i had to wait until their kids were visiting to walk one of them through the initial login/set up… haha
It would be awesome to just mirror their screen and adjust it for them.
