Manually adding IMDB and RT ratings

Hello

According to this thread: Small percentage of files will not pull IMDb metadata, Plex can’t get IMDB ratings for TV movies, videos and others.
How do I manually add IMDB and RT ratings? I guess I can directly edit the database, but I haven’t found the right tables.
Can someone please tell me how to manually add IMDB and RT rating?
