Mark as Played stopped working randomly

Server Version#: 1.32.5.7349 via Docker - UnRaid
Player Version#: Apple TV Plex App, Plex/Web Local and Remote

As of a week ago, my Mark as Played as well as the natural mark as played at the conclusion of a file stopped updating. No matter if I do it manually or naturally all shows and movies stay flagged with the un-played flag. If I take an older show/movie that has already been marked as played, I can mark it as un-played and then update it to played and that works.

I am running the latest docker container.
I have completed the Optimize Database and Clean Bundles.
I have tested the library function in the AppleTV Plex app as well as the Plex/Web app via Firefox PC.
I have removed and re-added the docker container (using the same app data files)
The only thing I have not done is to remove my app data folder and “start over”.

I cannot find this topic arsing so I am not sure where things may have gone wrong. I hope someone else h

Unfortunately your primary database file is damaged.
You need to urgently either

Thank you for the rapid reply. I was afraid of that. I was ultimately not able to do the repair, but had to do a dump and read to make a new database file and all is now well!
