When You’re Lost in the Darkness” where ******* is my initials of my first and middle name and the rest is my last name.

What exactly is concerning to you?
You named your plex login name like that.

You are logged into your own plex account when you see this. Nobody else can see it.
It is concerning a Download action which happens on your own server, triggered by a Plex client which is logged into your own plex account.
Did you set your “Full Name” in the link @OttoKerner provided above?
