Bought a new computer and tried to switch Plex to the new one but couldn’t do it so started a new account an email with the new computer.
But when I downloaded the newest Plex download version and opened it up, the library in the Plex Media download was missing and I can’t get it to work.
Has anyone else had this problem and do you know how to fix it thanks.
The new account was not necessary.
Decide which account you want to use going forward. Then log out of every Plex client, reboot it and then log back in using the credentials of your selected account.
You may have to “convince” your server to use this account like so:
