Media Server Crashing

Lately, with some specific files, the server crashes repeatedly every 7-10 minutes. Restarting the server allows me to resume playback, but it’s a real headache. This happens when viewing the file from both Plex app on an Amazon Fire TV as well as the Plex app on an Android TV (both most current available versions).

I even reprocessed one of the videos using HandBrake into an mp4 file with no improvement to the performance.
