Media Server library config snafu

Noob alert.

I have 2 libraries: TV Shows & Movies

When I was a super noob, I was on another machine and created TV, TV Shows, TV Shows and Movies libraries, which are empty (no media files).

Plex Media Server gets inevitably confused. At some point my real libraries disappear and only the bogus empty ones remain.

Can’t delete bogus libraries. Upon deletion, they reappear within seconds
As a last resort, deleted my plex db, but config issue persists. Driving me nuts. Please advise.
