I recently added Yu Gi Oh to my Plex server for my son. When I went to play it for him over 20 of the thumbnails were sexually explicit. I started to check another show I recently downloaded for my daughter, "Saved by the Bell", it had one in it also. I don't have porn on my server. This never happened before. How can I stop this.
Which primary metadata agent are you using for the section(s)? And which secondary ones?
Can you check if there are any images in the folder(s) where the video files are saved? And if you downloaded the video files from the internet, are they the correct files, or is it some other video with the wrong name?

The agents are TVDB and Personal Media (defaults). I checked the folder and there is no explicit content. I also checked several of the files and they are the correct episodes.
