Plex is sometimes not loading metadata or thumbnails

Plex is not consistently loading metadata and thumbnails for a specific set of youtube Let’s Plays that I’ve downloaded and sorted:

For this library the scanner is set to Plex Series Scanner and the Agent is Persona Media Shows. Under Agent, Local Media Assets are at the top of the list for Shows → Personal Media Shows.

What in the world is going on?

I upgraded the plex server to 1.24.2.4973 and it’s not loading metadata or thumbnails properly either.
