Today I updated my Qnap-server to latest version of plex.
For all films I added then to my libary the metadata cannot be found.
Tried to rename the files without any effect.
Trying to assign the metadata manually I got the message " This agent could not find a match."
We need more information please.
Can we have the log files?
As FYI, there are cases where renaming after having been scanned isn’t sufficient.
First, we need see the logs downloaded from the server.
