Hello,
Since installation of the new Plex Server version 1.32.6.7557 on my QNAP, it’s impossible to update Metadata (no metadata found).
Without server logs and an example of a movie doing this providing any additional support is not possible.

That is just one fragment of the logs I was asking for, Please see server logs link for details on getting them all. However I did see 2 possible issues 1) Per QNAP FAQ 14 You should avoid putting your files on the Multimedia share (doubt it has direct impact in this case, just an FYI) 2) I think has a bigger probability of causing issues. Your media is currently named: Multimedia/Movies/Barbie.mkv it should be Multimedia/Movies/Barbie (2023) {imdb-tt1517268}.mkv at a minimum not including the year of the movie, will cause issues with matching.

FYI, I didn’t change anything since the first installation of Plex Server, and it worked fine.
Barbie movie has been updated (Metadata) last week with the previous version. It worked fine again.
I updated Plex Server version yesterday, and since then I tried to update metadata on a new movie. Because I had an error message, I tried to update Barbie movie, with the same error message.
I just rebooted my QNap & relaunched Plex Server App.
Everything is now back to normal…
