Metadata Update Failed, Can't Find Where to Restart

When I opened the web app earlier, it asked if I’d like to update the metadata in my libraries. I clicked the button, and it failed because of permissions issues. I’ve since fixed the permission issues, but I can’t seem to find where to go to update metadata now. Is there a button in the settings that accomplishes the same thing, should I reboot or something else?

Update: Reboot did not work.
