Hello,
When I initially got plex and started to use it I had an issue where my data folders would update in plex, after a server update ( i dont remember the version), it started working with no issues. Now after the recent updates, I am now having the same issues again where the Lbrary will update but wont pull the metadata info on refreshing stage of the update cycle.
I have to continually delete all the Cache Folders, and physically restart my server machine in order to get the Metadata to update and pull the posters and info… This is happening for both TV and Movie titles…
Ive done several of the walk-through, making sure port forwards are correct, I use filebot for renaming and make sure that everything is name correctly, and still have issues… Im starting a dedicated server build, so i would like to get this resolved so when I get the new dedicated server built im not having to constantly log into it and fix this issue…
Anyone Have any suggestions?
