I currently have a Plex server on my Mac reading from an external hard drive and I want to move that to my PC using the same external hard drive (It’s EXFAT). What’s the least painful way to do this, and is there a way to go back and forth relatively easily?
Your drive is already in ExFat? That should work in both operating systems.
Yes, the file formatting is not what I’m talking about, I’m trying to switch from using my Mac as my plex server to using my Windows PC and if possible have the ability to go back and forth, ideally as easily as plugging the HDD into either computer.
