Migrate PMS Ubuntu 18.X to Ubuntu 22.10

Server Version#: Ubuntu 18.X
Player Version#: Latest

Purchased a new rig for the new ESXi 7 server, and wanted to setup a new fresh Ubuntu Server to run my PMS on. It’s been running GREAT for the last several years on the existing VM, with no issues. Although current Ubuntu Server is EOL, so wanted to migrate all my plex settings to the new VM on the ESXi 7 box.
Reviewed several articles on here about backing up PMS, Hidden directories etc… but it should would nice to see a .sh that creates a .tgz file that i can scp over to the new server, untar and boom there it is. I know, pipedream - but thought I’d ask.

Any ideas out there?

Backup the PMS data files from one.
Copy to the new machine
Restore the files
‘chown’ to get it all set
Continue as if nothing happened. (Clone)
