Migrating play counts / last played data from iTunes to Plex?

I still use iTunes (MacOS Mojave 10.14.6) and I’d like to migrate my Movies and TV Shows into Plex (NOT my Music) with their accompanying play histories (play count, last played), is this possible? I’ve looked for ages and all I can find is about migrating iTunes Music’s play data - which itself doesn’t sound easy - but nothing on Movies / TV Shows, as I’m happy keeping iTunes or Apple Music as my music player?
