Thank you both, however, this step Navigate to Plex / Library / Application Support that folder doesn’t exist. When installing Plex on the Sync, it creates a shared folder called “PlexMediaServer” in which the only folder is 'AppData", and underneath that “PlexMediaServer”

Oops. FAQ18 is for DSM 6. Use FAQ 26 - Migrate from another OS → DSM 7
