Migration Not Working *RESOLVED*

I’m trying to move my server from a very old Windows 10 PC to a Windows 11 VM. I’ve tried following the documented method multiple times, and it just doesn’t work. Instead of being able to edit my libraries, the only options I get are to Unpin them or Reorder them.

I actually half-expected that I wouldn’t even need to edit my libraries because all of my content is on a local NAS, and I mapped all of my drives exactly like I did on the old server. But as you can see, there are zero libraries:

I can only say that I’ve looked over and over again through the instructions, word for word, and I just don’t see what I could have missed. Thoughts? Suggestions?

I’m an idiot. I work in tech, I know better, and yet I copied the folder from ProgramFiles rather than the PROPER folder, which is (for most of you) C:\Users<user>\AppData\Local\Plex Media Server.
