Missing agents and scanner files

I recently reinstalled Plex Media Server (version 1.43.0.10492) on my Debian 13 and noticed issues with scanners and agents. Currently, I only have Plex Movie and Plex Personal Media Agents. As far as I remember, there also should be a Movie Database agent.

I also have some scanners missing. I recall there were more files before.

You should go with the available agents. The legacy ones are deprecated and due to be retired at some point.
This has been announced some years ago.
In one of the recent PMS releases, Plex have started to hide the legacy agents. You can still enable them in your server settings (Settings → [Server Name] → Library → Show legacy agents during library setup)… just keep in mind they won’t be there forever.
