Plex Movie Agent not found?

So I have been having the issue of where certain files end up causing the scanner to hang which eventually causes the Plex server to become unresponsive until a reboot. I knew this was related to the new Plex Movie agent because when I use Plex Movie (Legacy) I have no issue. If the file that it hangs on “A bug’s Life” is deleted then a new video files causes it to hang and this will continue (tried with 15 files and couldnt resolve it.

When my looking around I noticed that under agents I do not have a “Plex Movie Agent” I actually can only see the legacy one. I found this unusual since there is a knowledgebase advising how to change settings for it. Not really sure where to continue from here. I have been using Plex for over 7 years and this is definitely a first.

I’m having the same issue. I don’t have the new Plex Movie agent listed as an option either. Did you ever get a response or solution?
