Missing Chapter Thumbnails

Starting somewhere around October of 2021, content that I’ve been adding to my Plex libraries are missing the chapter thumbnail. The chapters are there, but they are all black/blank. I haven’t changed anything in the process of adding movies to my libraries. I checked under Account Settings → Library and “Generate chapter thumbnails” is set to “as a scheduled task and when media is added”. I am on version 1.26.0.5715.

What can I do to make the chapter thumbnails appear?

Occasionally the same problem occurs with me. For me it always helps to analyze the library. It’s a pain, but it’s the only workaround I know of. The scheduler skips the occasionally.

Unfortunately, analyzing the individual library and a specific movie doesn’t generate the chapter thumbnails for me.
