Missing icon above thumbnail in PHT for EpisodeObjects

I noticed that for some reason there is a missing icon in my channels episodeobject above the thumbnail in PHT. I'm curious if this is because i'm using EpisodeObject vs VideoClipObject? Ideally, i'd like to get the art or thumbnail of the TVShowObject or SeasonObject to show up in that spot just like it does for non-channel TV libraries. See the screenshots below for reference:

 

Here is Revision3's plugin. You can see the Rev3 icon above the thumbnail.
