Missing/Incorrect Channels in Plex EPG (Locast Seattle OTA Broadcast)

I am using locast2plex and the Plex EPG “Locast Seattle OTA Broadcast” is missing channels 6.3, 6.4, and 6.5.

Also, 6.1 and 6.2 are incorrect in the guide vs. broadcast.

I have checked and the EPG has the same location as my Locast account.

How do I report this to Plex or the EPG provider to get these incorrect channels fixed and missing channels added?
