MISSING CHANNELS

  • What the actual problem or inaccuracy is with any related screenshots
  • Missing EPG channels, some of them have been missing for years.

  • The lineup name (you’ll find the lineup name on the Live TV & DVR settings page under CHANNEL SOURCES ) - see screenshot below
    -Local Broadcast Listings (95 channels)

  • Channel number and channel name
    29.8 MeTV Toons / MeTOONS
    20.8 KOXI-CD
    20.9 KOXI-CD
    35.2 KOXO-CD
    35.3 KORS-CD

I paid quite a bit of money for Plex Pass Lifetime. 20.8, 20.9, 35.2 and 35.3 have been missing for years. Now 29.8 is a channel I’m very interested in, and it’s missing. I’m pretty ticked about it as I keep seeing posts around the web that these never get fixed and it’s pointless to report them. I noticed there is no way to actually contact Plex support, just this forum.

Bump! Issue continues to be ignored by people I paid money to!

I have the same issue in my area. I would be happy to submit a request directly to where the guide data is pulled from if I knew where that was. Fortunately, I’m only missing 3 channels… but still, I’d like to see them in the guide. Plex Support… please provide an easier way to report these inaccuracies. Your current system is non-functional.
