Missing MetaData from Movie Page on Server

When I connect to the Plex Server app running on my Synology NAS via a Safari browser. I select a movie and there is no “Cast” data or “Genre” data displayed on the movie screen.

Yet when I connect to this same server via the Plex player app on my iPhone the “Cast” and “Genre” data are clearly displayed.

The Edit page shows the data is clearly there.

Been looking at the settings and cant find where its mis-configured. Any suggestions?

The Library is defined as “Other Videos” using the “Plex Movie Scanner”

Have you tried using the page with browser plug-ins / add-ons being disabled?

Are you referring to Safari Plug Ins/AddOns (Extensions)?

Anything that can mess with the content of your browser – ad blockers, content manipulators…

I don’t think those are displayed in Plex Web for “Other Videos” libraries.
