Missing OTA channel 30 (WRZH-LD) in Mechanicsburg, PA 17050

• Problem:
  • WRZH-LD (30) from Red Lion does not show in the EPG. I’ve mapped the channels to WLZH-LD (18) however I am not close enough to pick up channel 18. My PCIE tuners do not pick up WHLZ-LD (19) which is in the guide and seems to broadcast the same channels as 18 and 30.
  • I got the callsigns from this report comparing with what shows in Plex
