Hello, I have several issues that have been really frustrating that have been accumulating over the past 8-12 months, can’t remember exactly when it started.
First issue that started happening was subtitles with special formatting (such as subs where multiple lines are added, like above and below with multiple speakers, or maybe even just ones that are above generally), they don’t show up, at the time the fix was just to enable always burn in subs, well now instead of direct play, I’m transcoding.
This leads to my suspected second issues cause, I think while transcoding and scrubbing, its causing a hard crash. I scrub through and episode and it crashes fairly quickly. Only way to prevent it from crashing is to wait for it to load then skip again.
Third issue is something that seemingly happens on a stutter or loading after skipping, but the UI won’t show when you press the enter button, you have to press up on the keypad first then go to the button you want.
This stuff is becoming very frustrating to deal with, and I’d be willing to assist in fixing these bugs.
All of my content is HEVC, and before this started with the missing subtitles, things were great.
