I haven’t seen any suggestions regarding this specifically but I think additional information on the Remote Access page could be helpful. Maybe showing the connection status to plex.tv and the connection status of Plex Relay and whether it is being used. I know there is status.plex.tv which is useful to verify everything is good on the internet but I think it would be nice to be able verify the local network machine is able to connect to the servers it needs to. I’m sure there are other options that would be nice that others can recommend.
It could use text with some explanations or simple troubleshooting steps, or simply use a green checkmark and red exclamation. With all of the Remote Access troubleshooting threads on the plex server forum, and my own troubleshooting, it seems like there is an opportunity to improve the experience.
