Remote Access - Disconnecting every 2 seconds

This is based on how Plex checks the remote access status.
The view is defaulting to remote access being displayed as “available” (green) and only when the check has finished with the actual status be displayed.

In your case that probably means your remote access hasn’t been working in the first place.
