More Webhooks

I’d like more webhooks available.

For example, I’d like to know when access to a server is currently being made–almost like a ping. I bring this up because I’m experimenting with some cloud infrastructure APIs, and I’d like to keep my plex server offline until I actually start accessing it. This is essentially what Plex Cloud is doing, so if those type of events can be exposed for users that would be great.

I would like to have webhooks for the Plex Scanner, when media is added or removed, at least.

I would like this too. I only want my server running when it is needed everything else is just wasting energy…
