Mouse/Keyboard Aren't working on Startup

Hi guys,

 

Just switched from Openelec to Rasplex. Upon booting however, my mouse (that has been working just fine recently) didn't work. (The screen i'm at is the initial start screen wizard). I tried a different mouse, as well as two different keyboards. None of them work, although the LEDs come on on the keyboard, and the laser is on on the mice.

 

Tried all different ports on my pi, as well as ports on my USB hub. Just refuses to work.

 

I have a 512mb Pi, and I'm running the latest version of Rasplex (I downloaded it about 2 hours ago).

RasPlex is a port/branch of Plex Home Theater, which does not support using a mouse for input, only keyboards / remotes.

And while OpenELEC detects and enables keyboards at any time, it seems RasPlex only detects them if they are connected before it boots.
