Move recovered metadata from dead Win7 server to new Win10 server

Server Version#: 4.100.1

My original Plex server died in January, it was running on a Windows 7 computer as the server. At the time, I was unable to access the SSD from the original server. I quickly spun up a newer machine with Win10 to be my new Plex server. However, all my custom metadata is of course missing from the new server because that was on the original computer that died.

Fast forward to today, I finally got a USB SSD enclosure that allows me to access the files on my original Plex server. It looks like I can fully browse the old Plex server, I even located the “Plex Media Server” folder.

I tried pulling over the “Media” and “Metadata” folders from the old SSD to the new Win10 server and placed them into their appropriate locations, but Plex is not seeing my old metadata posters, etc.

Can anyone help guide me in what I might be missing?

UPDATE: I had forgotten to ensure that the new server “Plex Media Server” location matched the file path of the old server. After doing that, most of the custom metadata showed up. But anything that was in a “Collection” across all libraries is still missing the custom posters.

If I can just get the posters for the Collections to show up, that will complete the recovery of the custom work I’ve put into my server.

Any help appreciated.
