Move server info from macos to linux host

Hey, so I am currently trying to move my plex install hopefully with watch history and the on-deck sections preserved, I am trying to move it from my mac to a linux docker container. I zipped and moved the directories as listed in here: https://support.plex.tv/articles/201370363-move-an-install-to-another-system/ and it seems to be half working, is there anything else I need to do to ensure a good transfer?

I think possibly I just need to wait for it to finish a new scan since I am technically changing the paths?

Precisely, unless you want to edit your database directly and change the existing items to the new paths that way.
This is the recommended way if you have a lot of items which are not “matched” – i.e. which cannot get metadata from Plex’s metadata sources, because they are not listed there. (e.g. training courses, private videos, other special interest things)
