The latest update doesn’t give a way to show established Collections. You get the same view as Library now when clicking on that in Plex Web.
Settings>Debug> Click the red Restore Defaults button which will clear the app cache ( it will not affect server settings but you will need to reselect the libraries/sources for the side bar
