Settings > Plex Web > Debug > Restore Defaults
… or if this is happening in the desktop app:
Settings > Plex for Windows > Debug > Restore Defaults
This will reset the client customization (e.g. pinned libraries, sidebar order, selected tabs…) — not your server.
