Since, let’s say, one month, new added movies sometimes loose their covers.
As soon as they’re recognized they show the correct one. I usually immediately move them inside a (category) group and at that point some of them loose the poster and only show a random frame from the movie itself, like when a movie is not recognized.
Not a big issue because, if I assign it again, then it keeps it. It’s just a bit annoying, especially because it never happened before.
At the moment I’m using server version 1.40.1.7764. I know the current one is 1.40.0.7998, the one I’m using was a “special version” a Plex assistance guy sent me a few weeks ago to solve a problem with photos thumbnail. Therefore I can’t install the last official one as I get a warning I can’t install an older one.
Any idea about what to do?
