Movie&Series posters are disappearing?

So I have had a rather strange but time consuming problem happening to my server. Every once in a while some movies and series stop showing the poster image as seen below. I really cant figure out why this is happening. It has worked fine for the last years, but now this is happening.

If I edit the movie the correct poster is selected, just not showing. I also tried on my phone and I still cant see the posters. Im running my server on a Synology NAS.

Just to clarify, all these movies have had posters showing before. They just “randomly” disappear.

I cant speak for music since i dont have any. But now its even spreading to my recently added movies, this is crazy im telling you. Like a virus or pandemic, im going nuts here.

Alright so I did clear the cache and now all my latest added items are showing posters, still a bunch of the older ones but this is a great improvment, thank you so much!
