No need to create separate libraries for all that. You can easily place all that content in one (or a few) libraries and use Plex to filter/categorize/… using a variety of different available features.

You can already create smart collections based on different criteria (e.g. Genres). You can even publish those to the home screen or your library’s Recommended tabs.
Plex also supports a dedicated tab to navigate movies by genres at the top of each library. Although if I remember correctly this might currently only be available for Plex Pass members.
