I've seen other posts (and some answers) that handle the cataloging of film series' but I'm wondering whether a feature could requested that goes a step further and automatically cues up the next film in the On Deck section like a TV series, for example, I watch and finish Iron Man, once I go back to the main menu Iron Man 2 would be waiting for me to just click play rather than having to search the library or filter a section etc.
I'm guessing this would have to be programmed in by the user maybe just a tag that says which film follows which or even a drop down based on films in the current collection, as I imagine this information isn't readily available.
It's also not straightforward as with my example of Iron Man, some of the plot references events from Avengers Assemble which happens between the 2nd and 3rd films which I didn't get until I later watched Avengers Assemble, so you couldn't just assume that film 3 follows film 2.
Collections will do this on some clients already. With RARflix on Roku, you can play a whole collection. This would solve the problem you mention above because you could have an Iron Man collection and an Avengers collection that included all the related films.

You could also re-edit the series in the style of Avengers Assemble
Thanks for the thoughts I have most of my films in collections (usually auto filled in to be honest from when a film is first added) but I think you can have films in multiple collections at the same time or just create a new custom collection for this example, so with that and tweaking the sort order to put them correctly in sequence should cover it off.
Where my trail of thought was heading was something like how TV Series work with the next 'episode' queued up automatically.
