Themes fade out if you navigate to some other place… this takes 1-2 seconds – at least from what I’m experiencing on the latest version of Plex Web (http://app.plex.tv/desktop)
Edit: if I open another show/movie from a hub on that movie/show page, theme playback ends immediately.
Try opening the movie that has a theme on it. Once the music starts playing, notice where it is in the song, then go to a another movie or two that doesnt have any music. Then go back to the one with the music and see if it starts at the beginning or starts at the point where you left.
On my end it DOES NOT restart at the beginning like you would see with TV Shows.
Sorry… I cannot reproduce the described behavior.
I see the same thing. If you just browse around, but no other audio plays, returning to the first movie will pick up the theme where it left off. If you go to another movie that has theme music, then return to the first, the theme would start from the beginning.
