Movie trailers missing

Hi
2 months a go i got my self a plex pass because i wanted trailer with my movies.
But i noticed that most of my movies don’t have trailers.
is there a way to force plex to look for trailers?

In my library of 4300+ movies I also don’t have trailers for all movies, sometimes the Plex team just haven’t found a trailer for something specific… Possible solution is to grab your own trailers where possible, or wait and see if Plex maybe one day picks your movie for a link to a trailer…

Edit your library, go to the ‘Advanced’ tab and verify that ‘Enable Cinema Trailers’ is checked

  1. Have you refreshed your movie library after you activated your Plex Pass?

  2. The trailer feature needs the ‘Plex Movie’ agent.
    If you used The Moviedatabase agent to ‘match’ your movies you need to do this:
    Settings - Server - Agents - Movies - TheMoviedatabase
    verify a checkmark is placed on the line ‘Plex Movie’
    Afterwards, refresh your movie library

  3. If you used 3rd party metadata agents, like the .nfo importer or the one from MediaMaster, you’re out of luck.
