I just got plex pass. I Don’t want trailers to play before I watch a movie. I want the option to play the trailer for the movie I am looking at. The last 10 or so movies I just added do not have the little trailer button. Is there any logic or anything I can do to get the button to show? pic below
Not all movies have trailers. The more obscure the movie, the less likely there will be a trailer for it.
I’m not sure where Plex is getting the trailers from. Perhaps if we knew the source, we could check to see if you are not getting a trailer simply because there isn’t one.
If your Plex pass is brand new, shut down your server and restart it with internet connection functional.
Do the same with each client.
The movies are new though, Honest Thief, Mauritanian, Fatale, Quiet Place p2…
