Movies stopped playing but tv shows work

Movies no longer play. I get a spinning circle that eventually times out to a playback error even on movies I just watched. Everything worked prior to update on 8/9/25. Reverted to older version and still doesn’t work. I’ve tried Roku, pc, mac, nothing. Windows based server. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please provide the logs from the client and server after recreating the problem.
