RCA Roku Player error

Server Version#:WD My Cloud - up to date
Player Version#: RCA Roku - up to date also

Recently get this error when trying to view some videos that a few months ago where playing well. Some other playing well.

I’ve try a bunch of setting changes without success.

I’m now lacking of ideas!

Any track of solution?

Can you please capture and post the server logs here. Also this may be related but I’m not certain. It had a pretty far reaching effect.
