When selecting the movie tab all I see is “Something went wrong
An unexpected error occurred.” TV Shows still show up and I know the items are on the server because I did a rescan and the names of the movies cycle through.
I guess I should have added the logs.

I shutdown Plex, deleted the database, and renamed the last database backup to the correct name. Restoring the database appears to fix this issue.
Looks like you might have a corrupt database. I seee database disk image is malformed in your logs. I would recommend doing a PRAGMA integrity_check; as per Repair a Corrupted Database | Plex Support
