Movies do not show on my Plex

For the past month now, every time I go to the Movies section on my account, I see “There was an unexpected error loading this library. Please visit our forums if you continue to experience problems”. I’ve tried re-uploading my movies and I still get this message. I see this message as well on my Xbox one. Plex will not provide a solution. Please help.

  1. activate debug logging (not ‘verbose’!)
  2. quit Plex Server
  3. wait 1 minute
  4. start Plex Server
  5. wait 5 minutes
  6. fetch log files and attach them here

Or inspect them yourself. Take a look at the Plex Media Server.log file and seek for messages about database corrupt or malformed.
If you find these, you may have to repair your database.

Sorry, this log only covers 2 seconds.
Did you perhaps not quit Plex server correctly? (closing the web browser does not quit plex server)

Try rebooting your Mac instead.
Then wait at least 5 minutes and grab logs again.
