Moving meta data library

Plex Media Server Metadata & Adding Files

Server Version#:1.18.4.2171
Player Version#: 4.53.0

My OS ssd is small I want to move the stuff in /plex/database/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Metadata to another drive.
I’ve done this when I had plex installed once and ran it as a service, but not sure how to do it with docker.
If I remember there was an override file. Also I think I ended up doing a symlink (?).
What would be the easiest and most persistent way?

You do not use an override file to move the data library when running in a docker. You change the volume bind mount to another location.

That makes sense with hindsight. Still kinda new to docker.
