Hi, just got Plex up and running in Docker on a Ubuntu Server box. I have access to all of my media, and any posters I’ve put in the media folders are showing up just fine. Hardware encoding, 4k transcoding, everything works fine.
But I can’t seem to get the rest of my metadata to transfer correctly. Here’s what I’ve done:

Copied from my old server (Windows 10) everything in %LOCALAPPDATA%\Plex Media Server to a usb drive (did not copy over Cache subfolder)

Created a new folder in my home directory called oldplex

Mounted the metadata from Windows that’s now on the usb drive in /home/myusername/oldplex and verified the contents were there

docker stop plex
-
cp -a -f -v /home/myusername/oldplex /home/myusername/docker/appdata/plex/Library/‘Application Support’/‘Plex Media Server’

Did the verbose tag to see it run and verified it completed

docker start plex, waited, no metadata
Is there something I’m not doing that I need to or some other error in my process? I’m still very new to Linux and Docker so I’m hoping it’s something basic that I just don’t know about. I mostly want my movie collections and especially all my song ratings to transfer over.
